About BJM Electrical
BJM Electrical was established by owner Blair McFarlane in 2019, we provide electrical services throughout Taupo including Kinloch, Turangi and the outer areas of the Lake.
We provide a wide range of electrical work including commercial, residential, renovations, bathroom and kitchen alterations, farm sheds, new homes, heat transfer kits, maintenance and repairs.

Blair McFarlane - Director & Electrician
With over 15 years of electrical experience, Blair is a qualified electrician with a strong background in commercial, residential and maintenance work.
Blair began his electrical career in Wellington, where he spent six years gaining valuable experience across a range of electrical projects. He then returned to his hometown of Taupō, continuing his career and building strong connections within the local community.
Having grown up in Taupō, Blair attended Tauhara Primary School, Taupō Intermediate and Taupō-nui-a-Tia College. His connection to the area and its people is an important part of who he is and the business he has built.
As the founder of BJM Electrical, Blair is passionate about delivering quality workmanship, reliable service and practical electrical solutions. He takes pride in every project and is committed to ensuring his customers receive a high standard of service from start to finish.
